Village Cafe & Pizza - Berlin, MA
A burgeoning area in Berlin, MA, Riverbridge Village, now includes Village Cafe & Pizza! The equipment layout and design project was brought in by Account Executive, Crystal Pickersgill, and designed by Gary Strickland, VP of Engineering, and Jessica Odenwaelder, Project Design Specialist. Two of the feature items are the Vector Series oven from Alto-Shaam and a pizza oven from Marsal Pizza Ovens. Several pieces of refrigeration including a pizza prep table, reach-in refrigerators and a keg cooler for cold brew coffee are from Continental Refrigerator. Riverbridge Village plans to add more foodservice establishments in the near future as well!
