The Lexington - Cambridge, MA

Building a restaurant is challenging at any time, but doing it during the COVID-19 pandemic makes it all the more impressive. Brought to you by renowned local chef Will Gilson, The Lexington is situated in a stunning new building resembling a modern ski lodge in the burgeoning East Cambridge area. Matt Starr worked the Chef Gilson and Real Food Consulting to finalize the equipment while Rick Manchester managed the project in the field. Highlights of the project include two Rational combi ovens, bar equipment from Perlick and stainless steel fabricated items from John Boos.
