Marijuana Production Facility - MA

With the legalization of marijuana in Massachusetts, a new niche for production facilities has emerged. BSC designed the foodservice space and provided the equipment that is largely used for cooking and creating edibles. This project included a double convection oven from Vulcan, a cook and hold cabinet from Alto-Shaam, mixers from Hobart, stainless steel tables from Advance Tabco and an exahust hood from Captive-Aire.
