Located in the heart of Boston’s Theater Districy, the Moxy Hotel is an unforgettable experience. Boston Showcase Company designed the foodservice space and provided the equipment. Gary Strickland, VP of Engineering, was integral in completing the project successfully. Highlights of the innovative and inviting space include dishwashers from Hobart, bar equipment from Glastender, oversized ice machines from Hoshizaki and a draft beer system from Chill-Rite.
