Moody's Delicatessen - Boston, MA
The increasingly famous Moody's Delicatessen opened their second location in the heart of Back Bay recently, much to the delight of those who work in the area. Account Executive Marc Zimmerman worked closely with owner Josh Smith and his team to supply a large portion of the equipment. Gary Strickland, VP of Engineering, designed the foodservice space and managed the project, which required several early morning installs. Some of the highlights include three beautiful display cases from Structural Concepts, two for beverages and one for showing off their incredible selection of meats and charcuterie care of their brand New England Charcuterie, as well cooking equipment from Hestan, refrigeration from Continental Refrigerator and a Hoshizaki ice machine.
