La Padrona - Boston, MA
At Raffles Hotel, one of the premier hotels in Boston and the first-ever location in the United States, local restaurateurs Eric Papachristos, Jon Mendez and Jody Adams have brought La Padrona, an exquisite new Italian restaurant to the city. We were thrilled to supply the equipment as well as the tabletop items, which beautifully present the cuisine. There are numerous pieces of cooking equipment from Jade Range, refrigeration from Continental Refrigerator and bar items from Glastender. The dinnerware and flatware is from the Portugese company, Costa Nova, which makes elegant and unique items.
