Owner John Fortin is no stranger to cozy, innovative and delicious cafes, already with two locations of Rox Diner and The Toast Office. His latest venture, Grateful Dedham Diner, will satisfy your cravings for omelettes, pancakes, BLT’s, and grilled cheese as well. BSC Account Executive, Jeff Sullivan, and VP of Engineering, Gary Strickland, worked with John to specify the equipment and layout the space. Refrigeration from True Mfg, stainless table tables and fabrication from John Boos and a custom, hanging overshelf designed by BSC for the chef’s line were key components of the project.
