This stunning new facility directly across from Boston Common on Boylston Street is sure to excite current and future Emerson College students. Boston Showcase Company Project Manager Rick Manchester worked with general contractor, Lee Kennedy, to ensure a successful project, right down to wiring the Cooktek induction ranges on the serving line the day before opening. The multi-million dollar project features several integrated serving areas with equipment from Hatco, BSI and Cooktek, a conveyor dishwasher from Hobart, heavy duty ranges from Jade and combi ovens from Alto-Shaam.
