Davio's - Braintree, MA

Longtime customer Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse opened their ninth location in Braintree, MA, which was designed and supplied by us. The project resembles the other locations in the dining space while the kitchen features many of the same staples as well, including a lengthy custom serving line from Delfield, a dishwasher and mixer from Hobart, stainless steel items from Advance Tabco, Jade Range cooking equipment, fryers from Pitco, a pasta cooker from Rosito Bisani, and a WoodStone pizza oven. VP of Engineering, Gary Strickland and BSC owner, Jack Starr, worked intimately with Davio's Culinary Director, Rodney Murillo and owner, Steve DiFillippo, to ensure that the project was designed efficiently and installed on time.
