Cushing Academy - Ashburnham, MA
A quick jaunt down Rt. 2 takes you to Cushing Academy where the private school recently completed work on a brand new kitchen, cafeteria and servery. Boston Showcase Company collaborated closely with Windover Construction to complete the work and much credit can be given to Project Manager Rick Manchester, who oversaw the tedious install of the servery. Much of the focus was on the servery, where five separate pieces from RPI Industries are on display including a pizza station, grill, salad bar, hot food line, and breakfast bar. The space includes panini presses and ventless hood from Equipex, drop-in hot and cold food wells from Randell, toasters and induction drop-in warmers from Hatco and breath guards from BSI. Spec Series refrigeration pieces from True Mfg. are nestled between stainless steel fabricated items from Titan Stainless throughout the space. The back of the house predominantly includes cooking equipment from Southbend, Blodgett and Market Forge.
