CITIZENM Hotel - Boston, MA

Located adjacent to TD Garden, the CitizenM Hotel is now their third in the United States to go along with New York and Seattle. Boston Showcase Company provided the restaurant equipment and designed the eccentric bar and buffet space. The showstopper is a gorgeous island bar with custom stainless steel fabricated items. In the back of the house, three side by side walk-in cooler/freezers from Master-Bilt and a double Rational combi oven are the key pieces.
